If you have a SLR or DSLR camera and other maker/mount lens, the Kiwifotos Lens Mount Adapters allow you to use your lenses on the film/digital camera body. Sharing lenses has some distinct advantages. Certain prime lens just can't be replaced, and you save the cost of purchase on new lenses. Kiwifotos offers a range of adapters from large format to smaller format digital adapters. The Kiwifotos LMA-EOS_OEM4/3 lens mount adapter is made of black anodized aluminium (camera body mount) and brass silver (lens mount). It allows you to use lenses from the Canon EF format on a Micro Four Thirds system body.
Although the lens will fit physically, automatic diaphragm, auto-focusing, or any other functions will not operate correctly while using this adapter; this is because there is no electronic link between the adapter and lens (and therefore the camera). You therefore need to use the camera in 'stop-down' mode which will require you to control the lens settings manually. Infinity focusing is guaranteed.
