This is a solid, well constructed hand held magnifier. It has a glass lens and with careful use should last a lifetime.

HIMSELF complained about x2 magnifyer we possesed when "helping" to set up sewing machine so "Muggins", grateful for help bought this. The automatic needle threader, on afore mentioned, is VERY delicate so actually,with this, I can thread a needle in no time, wonky hands/ fingers and all. A USEFUL bit of cheap kit!
