If like me you've a tendency to reach for your t-shirt hem to rid your lens of dust and grime sooner than reach out a lens cloth this pen is a saver - compact and rightly deserving of a place in my camera bag. The charcoal end is odd (try it on your finger) but leaves a crystal clear, finger grease free finish on the front of my L glass and also on the LCD rear screen. The shape of the pad also means you can get into corners quickly. Wouldn't be without it and have bought loads for other people who share my sentiments. Have left the house without memory cards but still picked up the pen such is the importance I place on it in trying to waste time when I get home cloning out dust (assuming I've a card of pictures to process that is)
