Bought one of these. Seems to work ok with A Nikon D5000. Takes about 5-6 pictures in burst mode saving in highest JPEG AND RAW combined mode. HTH

My laptop's media card reader doesn't handle SDHC cards so this does the trick. I no longer have to use the camera cable to connect to my laptop and it works with my older laptop that doesn't have a media card reader as well.

The ByteStor Pro3 8Gb SDHC Class 6 Memory Card with USB Reader is great value for money. It does exactly what it is meant to do, without any problems whatsoever. The quality seems to be very good, both the memory card and the reader, seem to be nice and sturdy. It is about half the price of some better known brands, but as far as I can tell is just as good. The memory card works perfect in my camcorder without any nasty little glitches. In my camcorder you can record up to 2 1/4 hours in full (1920 x 1080p) high definition. You can of course record for longer with the camcorder on lower settings. Once you have recorded onto the memory card, it is easy to just remove it from your camcorder, and slip it into the USB reader. When you put the USB reader into your computer it is automatically recognised, and appears as a drive in "My Computer". Files can easily be transferred to your computer for editing, by just dragging and dropping. I personally am very happy with the one I bought, and would recommend it to anyone.

I was just looking for a SD card, so it was a bonus to get the reader as well. Arrived very quickly and works well.
