Delivery was timely and the packing was good.
The performance is as promised, and to date no problems have been experienced
I have two minor criticisms-
When the radio is off it is difficult to see the clock; surely it should be possible to improve the illumination slightly
The sleep timer setting is a ponderous operation
However, I fear I carp too much. The performance of the radio is outstandingly good

I live in south London and I bought this radio because both my Pure radios started to get only intermittent DAB reception in the front rooms of our house having worked perfectly for 3/4 years. The radios, the signal (?) who knows anyway the solution seemed to be an internet radio. It worked very well until my internet crashed and took a week to sort when I found that this radio has excellent DAB reception as well. I now use the DAB for alarms and bbc stations and internet for fun stations - Radio Bop etc. Good sound, easy to use, I would prefer more presets and I wish the display could be dimmed much more; I cover it with a book at night - a minor niggle. Recommended

This is my second WiFi Radio and it replaces my faithful BT unit. The Roberts is east to set up, has great sound and reception. I like it's retro chunky looks and easy to use controls. Need I say more!!!!

The Roberts is the third internet radio I have purchased over the last 5 years, and the only one to have met all my expectations - and more.I was looking for a radio that would give me easy access to all internet stations - especially BBC Radio 3 and 4, which require Real Player on the radio for best results - via my home wireless network, with high enough quality sound reproduction to make it a pleasure to listen to classical music. This product delivered the stream of my dreams - quick and easy set-up, intuitive tuning and pre-sets, simple remote, extraordinary sound quality for such a small box, and the added bonuses of DAB for my local music stations and easy access to all music files on my home PC via my wireless network. On top of that, it actually looks great, in a comfortingly retro way. Top marks for Roberts!

Bought the Roberts to replace a Pure Flow Evoke which broke down.
The Roberts is a better radio being more straightforward to use with stations loading faster.Sound is great on voice or music,remote comes with it plus there is a very good handbook with the radio.
Downside is that it will not work on batteries.
I should have bought this first.
