Bought this radio in preperation for digital coming to Skye in July. I can't say anything about digital at the present but it has great reception on FM. The built in battery charger is a great idea and the fact you don't need to carry a battery charger or spare batteries around.
Keep up the good work Roberts.

I purchased this radio for a Little old lady. She's not to great with technology but took to this like a duck to water. I was so impressed that I'm considering buying one for myself.

Attractively designed radio but suffers from high power drain. If you expect to use this on battery power you will be disappointed! I was surprised that when I switched on after a week of not using it, the battery was flat. On measurement (after replacing the battery), the 'off' setting was still drawing 50 mA - sufficient to flatten the cells within a week! The electrical current consumption during 'on' is much higher. Only expect to use this radio via the mains power supply. ALSO tuning problems. I bought two of these little blighters; one finds all local DAB stations, the other only six. *sigh*

I live in a poor reception area, I have two Sony and one Intempo DAB radios which have to be very carefully placed to receive any stations. I plugged this radio in in different rooms and various positions and got first class reception each time! It is solidly made and rather cute looking, I am thinking of buying another one.
