Bought radio on Which? advice. Arrived promptly, sounded great. Problem with one button not returning properly. Returned radio using Amazon's returns label-dead easy. A replacement arrived even before the original radio was returned - fantastic. Replacement is worth every penny. Very satisfied.

A good looking radio, easy to use and with excellent sound quality, especially for the price. It's ideal as a portable radio, for carrying round the house and (hopefully) in the garden in the summer. I bought it as a result of a Which? recommendation, and it is as good as they say. I haven't had it long enough yet to assess the battery life.

This is a very good radio. Very good sound. A good make. But what a con! You can't advertise a product like this saying "with up to 120 hours battery life" when it doesn't have any batteries with it! Surely the life of the batteries is dependent on the type of batteries. The whole point of this radio is that it is: "Ecologic" with amazing battery life. But guess what? "Batteries not included". It's penny-pinching and sheer mis-selling. I think that Amazon should make it clear that it doesn't have batteries with it. What a disappointment, especially as this was bought as a birthday present and already costs quite a bit compared to normal DAB radios.

We got this radio for our guest bedroom, and all our guests have been bowled over by it - not just its simplicity (you get that with most DAB radios), but its tone, easy to use controls and its sheer classic good looks. It is brilliantly simple to set up (you almost don't need the instruction manual), as well as to add any new channels when they become available. And it has the added advantage of having FM too, should one want (for example) local radio stations. Excellent value for money!

We put off buying a DAB radio for ages and then took the plunge, on recommendation, with the Roberts ECO3W Ecologic 3. Absolutely fantastic in all respects. Why did we wait so long. Best buy ever!!!!
