This is a great little radio - perfect for carrying around your house or out and about. Being able to recharge the batteries from the mains is a great advantage. Would thoroughly recommend both the Radio and the company I purchased it from.

Really excellent little radio. Very very long battery life and recharges quite quickly. Works on the move in the horsebox, in my pocket dog walking, round the house not had any problems getting good reception.

Bought this as a present for my boyfriend who is a fan of PURE DAB radios, and owns two other models, but wanted a small portable model to take on overnight business trips. Whilst it is fairly small and transportable, I think palm-sized is slightly misleading. The toggle button functions in the opposite orientation compared to other PURE DAB models (rock up or down to change volume), which is not an issue if this is your only model, but could be annoying if you are used to different controls. The show stopper though was the lack of a sleep function. In fairness I already knew this from reading reviews, but took the chance. Turned out that this was a key requirement, so have sent it back and ordered the Roberts Dab Sports 2 as an alternative Roberts Sports DAB2 DAB/FM RDS Personal Digital Radio with Loudspeaker.

I have owned this radio for just over a year. Most of my work is outdoors either building or dry stone walling so the radio isn't, shall we say, given much in the way of TLC. It spends it's time on a wall or any other convenient place I can find to put it. It has fallen a few times and seems to bounce.
The radio is strong and resilient. The sound quality is excellent and I have yet to find a place where it has failed to operate.
I had a problem with the charger supplied and, even though the guarentee had run out on the charger, I contacted Pure and was sent one by return of post free of charge.
An excellent all round radio with excellent manufacturer back up.

I bought the Pure move as a DAB radio to take camping and on other holidays. It turned out to have far more uses around the house. The ability to listen to Classic Radio in DAB or BBC Radio7 or the World Service anywhere in the house has meant I take it from room to room.
It was delivered promptly and after charging I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the sound in DAB mode. I have an older larger mains DAB which has a distinct hiss on low volume settings, not so the Move. Even at it's quietest there is no background sound. Battery life is advertised as 40 hours and so far that seems to be about right, I've only recharged it once and it wasn't totally flat when I did this after over 30 hours use.
