We are happily retired in the south of Spain but one thing we missed was the British radio notably BBC Radio 4 and 2. Now this radio has solved the problem and we can sit and listen to the radio coming to us crystal clear as if the presenter was in the room.It is superb and every ex pat should have one.It is also fun to listen in to stations all over the world.A really worthwhile purchase.

I purchased this radio because I have seriously got into internet radio. I needed this for the bathroom as my old radio had just about given up the ghost.
This is a really easy to use, great sounding, easy to set up piece of kit. It really is a doddle to set up. I like listening to Offshore Music Radio. An internet radio station that styles itself on the wonderful pirate radio era of the 60's & 70's. I had the radio station up and running on this set in a matter of minutes. You also have the option of FM or DAB or streaming sounds from your PC. The sound is wonderful and the signal strength amazing.
Just buy it. You wont be disappointed.

Here in the West of Ireland the FM stations are terrible and MW & LW give poor reception results.
I have owned a Roberts Digital FM & Roberts FM, MW & LW radio and found the sound good
and build quality better than most so I decided to go for the Stream because I knew it would
be one of the better internet radios and the amazon reviews were good.
The radio arrived today two days after purchase.I am very impressed.Just today I heard : an Australian
dance station, a Nigerian Afrobeat station, a dog info podcast, USA police radio (you can get NASA Mission
Control too!), Alex Jones Infowars, BBC Radio 4 (perfect reception) and there are thousands others.
Pretty amazing.
The sound is very good, yes the bass aint heavy but high & mid sounds are great, crisp & clear.
It can also go very loud if you need that.Design is good and easy to use.
The faults? They are minor : only 5 presets as far as I can see (you really need 30 or 40), no
phono out to hook up to your hi fi or record any stuff.
We have no DAB here and as I said FM in this country is dire so if you want something for your bedroom
or kitchen or workshop with good sound & build quality I think the Stream202 is for you, I can't wait
to discover all the stations out there (I'm listening to East Village Radio now).

He comprado este aparato de radio hace pocos dias,y dire que es simplemente genial,maravilloso,si bien podia haber sido mas bonito.Las tres modalidades de radio van muy bien,pero lo principal e innovador es la radio por Internet,y portatil,que es una de las ventajas con respecto a sus rivales,pudiendose usar baterias que hay en el mercado,y no una especifica como es el caso de la Pure Evoke Flow,aunque esta tenga un diseño mas fino.Y la calidad del sonido,muy buena. Disappointing item, WiFi radio only worked within 2m of my Wireless N brand new router and the manufacturer couldnt help when i rang them. Fortunately Amazon's supplier Hughes Direct coudnt have been more helpful and they picked it up and it went back. Shame really i so wanted to have a WiFi radio that worked
